Data Deletion
How to disconnect your social accounts, revoke Lenzy's access, and request deletion of your data.
Last updated: July 17, 2026 — pending legal review
What Data We Hold
The fastest option is Settings → Privacy & account data, where you can submit a deletion request from the authenticated account.
Depending on how you use Lenzy, we may hold your account details (name, email, business information), the product photos and content you upload, AI-generated assets, order history, and — if you connected Facebook or Instagram — your Page name, Page ID, Instagram username, and an encrypted access token used only to publish posts you approve.
Disconnect Facebook / Instagram
To remove Lenzy's access to your social accounts at any time: open Settings → Connected social accounts in your Lenzy dashboard and click Disconnect. This immediately deactivates the stored access token.
You can also revoke access from Meta's side: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Lenzy, and remove it. Tokens revoked this way stop working immediately.
Request Full Data Deletion
To delete your Lenzy account and all associated data — including uploaded photos, generated assets, connected social account records, and stored tokens — email us at hello@lenzy.online from the email address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”.
We verify and track each request and target completion within 30 days, then send written confirmation once complete. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes).
Deletion Requests via Facebook
If you remove the Lenzy app from your Facebook account and use Facebook's “Send request” option to ask for your data to be deleted, we treat that the same as an emailed deletion request: connected social account records and stored tokens for your account are deleted, and you can contact hello@lenzy.online to confirm the status of your request.
